Hi María,
Thanks for using Jotform. I'd like to let you know that I am using a translation tool to provide assistance, but if you prefer to receive help in your native language, we can forward this ticket to our Spanish Support Team. However, keep in mind that it could take longer to receive a response from them.
Now, going back to your question. I checked your account and saw that you're using 641.97 MB of upload space out of the 100 MB limit given to Free/Starter accounts. This is probably because you requested for your subscription to be canceled so your limits were decreased when your account was downgraded.
Your "Solicita presupuesto" form has 601 file uploads in it. You can clear your upload space by deleting submissions that have file uploads on them, but keep in mind that deleting submission data is irreversible and will permanently remove the data from our servers so you may want to download all of your submissions first before deleting them.
Here's how you can delete the submissions:
1. Open the Tables page of your form first. To go to your Tables page, go to My Forms and choose your form.
2. Click the Submissions button at the top.
3. On the Tables page, choose the submissions with file uploads using the checkboxes in the first column of the table.
4. Click the Delete button in the upper-right part of the page.
5. In the confirmation dialog, click the Move to Trash button.
After that, you need to delete them from the Trashed entries as well to free up the upload space.
6. On the Tables page, click the 3 dot icon beside the tab name
7. Select Trashed entries
8. On the Trash window that will pop out, select all the entries and click the Delete Forever button
But if you don't want to delete the whole submission, you can just delete the uploaded files on that submission. You can check my screencast below on how you can do this from the Jotform Tables.
You can check your current upload space by going to your Account Usage page. After deleting the submissions with file uploads, clear your form cache and refresh the Jotform page so the changes in your usage are reflected on the account.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
