Hi angelnumerocuatro,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m sorry you're having difficulties with this. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know, and we can have them do that. But keep in mind that you'll have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. There is actually a way for you to enable tax directly on the chosen processor (Stripe Checkout). It's easy, let's do it:
1. Click the payment element while you're in the Form Builder.
2. Click the Payment Settings (wand icon).
3. Go to the Tax tab and configure the following:
- Base Tax Rate
- Exempted Products. Uncheck the product items that you wish to be excluded from being taxed.
- The Tax Text on the Form
- Set Tax Options from a Location Field
For more information, see our How to Add Tax to Your Payment Form guide.
Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.

Thanks for your answer.
That is the problem I have. Your TAX option only have 2 decimals, and we need 3. The NY tax is 8.875%

Hi angelnumerocuatro,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now. We've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
As a workaround, you can take out the products from the product list and use basic fields for it. Then, you can pass the calculation to the payment field.
Please test my demo form here. You can also clone this form to your account by following this guide. I suggest looking into our guide on How to Pass a Calculation to a Payment Field.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.

Thanks for your answer. I tried that, but it's not possible to send that calculation field to payment on Stripe. I'm using "products," and we have 33 products. To use the option you shared with me, I would have to lose all those products. I really don't want to create them all again just for one decimal position.
Can you offer me a solution for the product option?

Hola Juan,
