¿Como puedo autocompletar un formulario con una precarga desde una tabla?

Acabo de conectar una tabla manual con datos de los clientes de Wix y lo quise conectar mediante una precarga desde una tabla de jotform para autocompletar el formulario con datos de los clientes desde esa tabla. Ahora cuando voy al formulario desde la app de mi formulario, no se autocompleta nada. Como lo soluciono? Muchas gracias.
