Now, let me help you with your question. Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've checked your account and I can see that you are a bit over the limit for Upload Space. You have currently used 100.95 MB of upload space while the limit in Starter Plan is 100 MB. Could you please Delete and Purge some more submissions with upload to free up more space then the account should become active automatically.
