Account reached upload space limit

Hola.

Olvide borrar algunos archivos adjuntos a mis formularios, ya los borre y elimine de papelera, intente borrar cache desde Settings>Form Cache>Clear Cache, pero no se ha restablecido el contador de almacenamiento.

Entiendo que eso el restablecimiento en mi caso es hasta el 1ro de enero de 2024, pero es posible que ustedes desde consola o sistema de administración puedan resetear el contador el almacenamiento para mi cuenta.
