Buenos dias, los pagos con Stripe hoy no están funcionando. Hemos hecho pruebas en modo "simulación" y en modo "real", y no llegan los pagos a Stripe. El error lo está dando con los formulario "PAGOS MENSUALES CET OPOSICIONES", "ANTIGUOS ALUMNOS", ...

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my result:
Is your form embedded on a website? If so, can you share which embed code did you use? In the meantime, to refresh the integration, please try to temporarily switch the payment integration to a different payment processor and then switch it back to Stripe. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
- Under the Payments tab, click on the Three Dots Icon next to Stripe.
- Select Switch to another gateway.
- Pick any from the list, then click on Use Selection.
- Circle back to Payments tab and click on the Three Dots Icon next to the chosen payment processor.
- Select Stripe and then proceed with the integration as normal.
