Form conditions are missing

Buenas noches cree un formulario que tenia varios condicionales, de repente se corto la luz y cuando volvio la maquina al reiniciarla, el formulario me aparece sin los condicionales el formulario que yo cree y y los que quedaron todos rotos, por favor necesito ayuda ya que es algo a lo que le dedique muchas horas, por favor necesito saber si se puede recuperar.. el numero es https://www.jotform.com/build/233325279720052

• In Form Builder, below your Form Name click the time with last edit link.
  
  
• Then, a pop-up will show on the right and choose the time you would like to revert the form.
