    Thank you for getting back to Jotform Support. Your Jotform account has now been downgraded to a Starter/Free account. You can now take advantage of the discount for annual plans when you subscribe to any Jotform subscription or you can still keep having the monthly subscription. Here is the pricing link where you can choose which subscription you prefer and proceed with payments.
