Hola, tenemos un formulario en marcha y desde hace un rato sale el mensaje BAD GATEWAY y no está funcionando... porque es?? lo podéis arreglar ya que tenemos a mucha gente registrándose hoy a nuestro formulario... gracias

I cleared the form cache to refresh the data. You can check this guide on How to Clear Your Form Cache. Can you go ahead and try it again and let us know how it goes?
