Are you trying to embed a form to your site but are unable to display it successfully? Have you tried embedding your form using iFrame Code and see if it works? By having your form embedded within an iFrame, the likelihood of script conflicts on your page is greatly reduced.

1. In Form Builder, click on Publish in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen.

2. Click on Embed on the left menu.

3. Select iFrame, copy the code, and then embed it on your website.

I've also cleared your form caches to refresh your form. If that's not what you meant, can you explain a bit more about the issue, so I can get a better idea of what's happening?
