Ya he borrado el 90 % de los envíos y he eliminado un formulario y aun me sigue apareciendo que he excedido el limite de espacio.
Que debo hacer. Gracias

Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. I see that you recently deleted some forms and submissions, keep in mind that regardless deleting forms and submissions will not affect the Sign Documents and the Submission Limit. Accounts on Starter have a limit of 10 signed documents a month. To have more Sign Documents limit, I suggest upgrading your account. Here's how you can upgrade:
- Click the Pricing link on the navigation menu.
- On the Pricing page, you can see the features of each plan. Choose and click the plan you want.
- In the popup window, you can choose Monthly or Yearly for the payment schedule and Credit/Debit Card or Paypal for the payment method.
- Check the I agree to the Terms of Service and click the CONTINUE button.
If you choose to pay by Credit/Debit card, clicking the Continue button will open the Credit Card Information window. Enter the card information and click the COMPLETE button to make the payment.
The PayPal option will redirect you to the PayPal payment page. You have to complete the payment on that page. Otherwise, the payment will fail.

I understand, but I don't need more signed shipments, just receive normal shipments, I can't use the app either, I have deleted the form cache and I still have the quota error.
I hope for your help to solve this problem

Hi Dave,
Thanks for getting back to us. I checked your account and found that you have exceeded your Signed Documents Limit, which is currently at 10 out of 10 allowed in Starter Plan. Unfortunately, you cannot manually reset it. You can either wait for the counter to reset, which happens on the first day of each month, or upgrade your account to increase your limits. You might also want to check out this guide about Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits.
You may want to check your Usage page to keep track of your monthly limits. The monthly signed document limit counts if you created a Sign Document or your form has enabled Jotform Sign. This is a different limit from monthly submission.
I have activated your account. If you need to collect submissions with the user's signature only and do not need to generate a signed document, you can disable this option, so it will not be counted in your monthly signed document limit. Let me show you how to do that:
- In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Jotform Sign.
- Toggle off the button Enable Jotform Sign Automation.
