Buenas tardes. Quería hacerle una consulta. He creado Formularios que tienen al final de todo un campo para agregar una E-Sign; el formulario funciona perfecto, solo tengo dos preguntas importantes:
1) ¿Cómo puedo configurar un correo electrónico específico para recibir TODAS las respuestas con el PDF que incluye la información completa de cada form respondido?
2) ¿Cómo puedo configurar el formato del PDF automático que llega al correo luego de cada formulario y firmado exitosamente?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. I see in your screenshot that Jotform Sign is enabled. In this case, there's no option to edit the PDF Template or configure the format. Unlike if the Jotform Sign is disabled, you have the option to create a PDF template in the PDF Editor and select which template to include in the email attachment or which template to download.
The PDF signed copy will always be sent to the registered email address on the account. There's no option to change it.
