Form: I can't receive submission data

    Hola,


    Les comento que no me han llegado los formularios de personas que dicen haberlos completado y enviado. Luego del comentario, lo hicimos nosotros mismos y no funcionó tampoco. Algo está pasando.


    Por favor pido su ayuda de manera urgente.

I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using.     May I verify if you didn't get any email notification once the user submitted the form? If this is the case, please try to remove the email notification and re-add it again, we have a guide here that can help you set up Email Notifications.

    Hi,


    I can see it works for you, as for everybody who is feeling the forms, but the problem is that I am not getting the forms y my inbox (jotform inbox) nor my email. That is the case for some people who had rechead us. But when I try it, it worked perfectly, so I can't figure out whats hapenning. If I am getting some forms ando other not, the this is very bad bussines for me. Regarding your test, I also didn't get it in my email nor in my jotform inbox.

    Hi Raimundo,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked our email logs and it shows that Notification emails are sent to your email address successfully. You can view this information in the Account History here. There are instances where emails are sent from our end but they land in the Spam folder of the receiving end. The email service provider of the recipient temporarily blocks our sender's email address due to the high volume of emails that we're sending in a single hour. It's their security system, and Jotform can't do much about that.

    Alternatively, what others do is add SMTP to their account. Emails are now sent through the SMTP server instead of our sender's email address. This gives a higher chance for the recipient to receive email directly to their email inbox. Click on this guide about how to set up SMTP for a Hotmail email service provider. Let me show you how:

    1. Go to the Account Settings.
    2. Locate the Sender Email and then click on the edit on its right.
    3. Enter the SMTP information and then click on the Send Test Email to test or the Add Email button to complete the process.

    The following are settings for Hotmail SMTP:

    • Email Address: Your Hotmail email address
    • Hostname: smtp-mail.outlook.com 
    • Port: 587 or 25
    • Username: Your Hotmail account or email address
    • Password: Your Hotmail Password 
    • Security Protocol: TSL

    Additionally, I found deleted entries in your Jotform Table, see the image below:

    These are viewed from the Revision History of your Jotform Submissions table. Also, these deleted entries match the emails sent as shown on your Account History page. Let me show you how to view the deleted entries:

    1. On the Jotform Table, click on the 3 vertical dots on the right of the table tab.
    2. Click on the Trashed entries to open the list on the right.

    3. On the Trashed Entries, hover your mouse on the deleted submission and then click on View Details.
    4. You have the option to restore it or delete it completely.

    If you can't find the submission data that was told to you that it was submitted, get the email address they entered in their submission, and we'll try to look for it.
