¡Muchas gracias!
Un saludo,
Vania Nunes Nancabu

Hi Vania,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. I checked your form and can no longer see the Submission Counter widget that caused the Accessibility Warning. I also cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. The warning is not showing up in my cloned form even when the Submission Counter widget is added. Check out the screenshot below to see my results:
The Accessibility Warning is displayed to inform the form owner that the element or widget may pose limitations on the accessibility of your form. Users with impairments may encounter difficulties while attempting to fill out the form. The solution to this is to remove the widget that shows the warning and consider another widget but as far as I can see in my cloned form, the warning did not occur on my end. Can you please try adding it again on your end? I've cleared your form caches to refresh your form.
You can also check out this guide on How to Fix Form Accessibility Errors for more details.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.

Good morning!
I've re-added the widget so you can see what I'm encountering. My intention was to set a limit of 50 submissions and display the remaining available reservations. If you could help me resolve this issue, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you very much! Best regards.

Hi Vania,
Thanks for getting back to us. Instead of the Submission Counter widget, I can suggest the Ticket Purchase widget. Your form fillers can view the available limit in the form via the Ticket Purchase widget. Let me show you how to set up:- In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Elements +, on the top left of the page.
- Under the Widgets tab, drag-drop the Ticket Purchases widget into your form.
- Select the Ticket Purchases widget and click on the Wand icon.
- Type the ticket types and the limits into the Ticket Types section. That's it!
Give it a try and let us know if you need more help.

Good morning!
Thank you for the suggestion, but we don't intend to sell tickets as they are free. We simply want to use the submission counter widget to display the number of available reservations. Could you please check the status of the Submission Counter widget and why it's not working on our form? Thank you very much.
Best regards,
Vania Nunes Nancabu

Hi Vania,
Thanks for getting back to us and providing more information on the issue you're encountering. I understand you want to use the Submission Counter widget so that people can view the remaining submission status. Once you enable the Accessibility option in your form, the built-in accessibility checker of the Form Builder will scan your form for potential accessibility issues and warn you if any are detected. The scanning works each time you update your form.
You may be encountering the Accessibility warning for a variety of reasons, including issues with color contrast, input background colors, and themes. It is essential that all form questions have a label, and the sublabel should not be left empty, among other considerations.
You can disable the Accessibility option in your form easily. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- Under the Form Settings, click on the Show More Options button.
- Scroll down a bit to see the Form Accessibility option and set it as Disabled.
Please also note that the Accessibility Warning appears to notify the form owner about potential accessibility limitations posed by the element or widget within the form. Individuals with impairments might face challenges when trying to complete the form. To address this issue, it is advisable to eliminate the widget triggering the warning and explore alternative widget options.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
