How to make the responses of a form coincide with an Excel format used as a background image in the PDF editor?

Como hacer que las respuestas de un formulario coicidan con un formato de excel usado como imagen de fondo en el editor de pdf, es decir poner un formulario hecho en excel como imagen de fondo del editor pdf y hacer que algunos campos del formulario de Jotform coincida.
