Un gusto en saludarles, quiero consultar sobre el servicio que brindan, estoy en búsqueda de un tipo de formulario para registro de usuarios, algo quizás no muy complicado, donde el usuario se pueda registrar con sus datos personales y que el sistema le genere un "nombre de usuario o registro numérico" del que será asociado a su servicio, esto llevara como una auto respuesta a su correo con este datos, la idea es que pueda rescatar estos datos ya sea exportándolos a una base de datos X o bien registro myqsl o archivo plano como excel con los datos solicitados en celdas y repuestas en cada una de ellas.
