Form: change the language of Save and Continue Later popup message

Buenos días les escribo porque en el formulario que estoy haciendo cuando queremos guardar los progresos el cuadro emergente muestra el texto en inglés. ¿Es posible que este texto se muestre en español?, creo que en otros formularios si que aparecía este texto en español.

I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. You should set the Jotform website to the Spanish language to translate all English messages into the Spanish language. Let me show you how:

1. Click on your Avatar and select Settings.
2. Scroll Down to the Bottom of the page and set the Language to Spanish.

Now, you can get the website's most messages in Spanish:

Buenos días, tenía ya configurado el idioma como pueden ver en la foto, pero sigue sin funcionar. la ventana de guardado sigue apareciendo como idioma el inglés

Thanks for getting back to us. Could you confirm why this message appeared while you're logged in to your account? If this is happening for a different account, kindly ensure that the account language is set to Spanish. Let me show you how:

1. Hover your mouse over your Avatar/Profile picture on the right side of the screen.
2. In the dropdown, click on Settings, or click on this link to go directly to your Settings page.
3. Now, under the Settings tab, change the Language to Spanish.

You can log out from your account and log in again, then try to change the language after clearing your browser cache or try it on a different browser. I have cleared your form Cache to refresh the data.

I apologize for any inconvenience I may have caused. Please disregard my previous message. This message appears when you try to Save the submission. Unfortunately, it's not possible to change the language of the pop-up message when you click the save button in your form. You can only edit the content of your Save and Continue Later email:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings and then click on Show More Options.
2. In the Form Settings menu, scroll down and select Customize Save and Continue Later Email under the Continue Forms Later option.

Buenos días, he hecho los ajustes que se me indican aunque ya estaba configurado el perfil con el español pero el cuadro sigue en inglés. He limpiado también el cache y he reiniciado la aplicación pero no cambia el texto al español.

Les animo a que consideren una mejora para Jotform el que el cuadro emergente del botón de guardar pueda aparecer también en español. Nosotros hacemos formularios muy extensos y necesitamos que la opción de guardado sea lo mas clara y eficaz posible, para que los usuarios no tengan problemas para guardar sus progresos en el formulario.

También les informo que en anteriores formularios, nuestros usuarios se han quejado de que no es fácil guardar sus progresos. Considerando que el nivel de conocimiento de los usuarios es bajo deberían de mejorar y que sea mas claro y accesible para usuarios de nivel bajo.

Thanks for getting back to us. I understand it is important to have a translated pop-up message for the Save and Continue Later feature. While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. When or if it's implemented depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
