CENTRAR CUADROS EN FORMULARIO

Buenos días, a ver si me pueden ayudar:

Me gustaría mejorar la imagen de mis formularios. Estoy trabajando en el formulario que sale en la imagen con titulo Memoria ayuda en concurrencia 2023 y me pregunto si se pueden centrar algunos cuadros pues salen siempre pegados al margen izquierdo. Les pongo algunos ejemplos con imágenes para que entiendan lo que quiero decir:

To inject the CSS Code in your form, check out the steps and screencast below:

1. Open your form in Form Builder, and click on the Paint Roller icon on the right side of the page to open Form Designer.
2. Under the Styles tab, scroll down and paste the code into the Inject CSS Code box.

Buenos días, como pueden comprobar he insertado su código en el formulario. En un principio funcionó pero como pueden comprobar actualmente no funciona pues no centra los cuadros.

Thanks for getting back to us. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, and I ran into the same problem. As I checked, it seems you have only updated the width of your Input Table on the injected CSS. Can you tell us what update you have made on your form where it changes back to the previous state as it could be the cause of the issue?

Also, you can see in my previous cloned form that the Long Text field is centered. Check out the screenshot below:

Hola, efectivamente he tenido que volver a versiones antiguas pues al ingresar en el diseñador avanzado y guardar los cambios en los colores el logo me aparecía gigante. Es cuando he vuelto a versiones antiguas cuando no me ha funcionado el centrado de los cuadros. ¿podrían colocar su versión clonada en mis formularios y señalar la estrella de favorito, me gustaria poder seguir trabajando con la versión que ustedes conservan.

Thanks for getting back to us. I’m sorry you're having difficulties with this. I checked your form and it seems you only have a single submission on it yet. You might want to consider cloning my cloned form instead. Let me show you how to do that:

1. Go to your My Forms Page, and click on the Create Form button in the upper-left corner.

2. Select the Import Form.

3. Select From a web page and paste the cloned form link in the Enter URL field.

4. Finally, click on the Create Form button at the bottom.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
