    Hi Nomas_deudas,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you. Please allow me some time to look into the possibility of adding the plus symbol and a 34 before the mobile number. I'll get back to you shortly with an update.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.

    Hi Nomas_deudas,

Thanks for patiently waiting. I was able to come up with a workaround that will show the +34 before the mobile number in your form. Let me show you how using my demo form:

    • Click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
    • Under the Widgets tab,  choose the Form Calculation Widget, and then drag and drop them onto your form.

    • Then, click the (+) and make sure it is set to String so that it appears in the field when previewed. Then add 34 as well.

Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.

    Hello,

This works!!! The issue now is that our 'Mobile' field in our ZOHO CRM doesn't accept the format of the response generated by the 'calculation' widget...

I need the response to be in plain text or numbers.

    What can I do?

    Hi Nomas_deudas,

Thanks for getting back to us. To confirm, is there a default number of characters on the mobile phone numbers that you are using? If yes, you can use the Short Text field and then enable the Input Mask. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, add a Short Text field to the form then click the Gear icon.
    2. Go to the Options tab and select Numeric under the Validation section so that only numbers can be entered on the Short Text field.
    3. Toggle the Input Mask button to ON then add +34#######. The "#" sign depends on how many numbers your country is using for their mobile phone numbers.
