Submission not synced with Google Sheets

Buenas tardes tengo una consulta tengo el formulario : https://www.jotform.com/build/232494861474869 el cual se vinculo con una hoja de google en el cual se visualizaban los documentos sin embargo tenemos 2 datos que el sistema no guardo en el spreed sheet y queria saber por que fue esto porque estos 2 datos no se visualizan, esto con el fin de prevenir futuros errores en el uso de la herramienta

revisando el documento no hubieron cambios de encabezados en las casillas y datos tanto previos como posteriores si se reflejan.

I checked our system and see that there are submissions that are missing from your Google Spreadsheet. I've gone ahead and pushed this so you should be able to see this in your Google worksheet again.

Most of the time, integration breaks if the spreadsheet is modified in any way. This can happen when renaming columns, moving columns, applying colors to columns, and any other related changes. If you have an active filter in your Spreadsheet, please try removing it and checking for the submission again. You'll have to re-apply filters in your Google Sheet to see new submissions sent by the integration.

If the same thing happens again, please let us know together with a viewable link of your spreadsheet, and the submission ID of the affected submission.
