podria por favor confirmarme del plan actual

1- es diferente la cantidad disponible de planillas para solo ser enviadas y vistas, a la cantidad de planillas enviadas para ser vistas y firmadas en el plan?

2- cuantos documentos puedo enviar mensualmente para firmar por el cliente en total con el plan que tengo?

3-cuantos documentos me quedan disponibles para enviar para firmar a este momento?

4- Desde que fecha inicio y cual es la fecha en que termina ese disponible mensual para mi?

5- cuando inicia un mes nuevo disponible en totalidad de documentos para firmar?

6- en que parte puedo ver la cantidad de documentos enviados para firmar para llevar el control, segun veo en mi foto de perfil hay un desglose donde se ven varios conteos entre eso el numero de documentos enviados, pero no veo el conteo de control de los documentos enviados para firma .

7- si necesito mas cantidad de documentos mensuales para firmar , solo por 1 o 2 meses(plan silver o gold) y luego quiero continuar con el plan bronze, es posible cancelar y regresar al bronze? y cual es el procedimiento por que estaba observando y no veo la opcion de cancelar en mi plan actual, quisiera saberlo por si necesito mas adelante hacerlo

1. The views are not being counted in the Sign Document limit, only the number of Signed Documents will be counted.

2. You can send as many Sign Documents as you want but you are only allowed to receive up to 250 Signed Documents.

3. You can still receive 18 more Signed Document before you reach your 250 limit.

4. The limit resets every first day of the month.

5. The new month starts every first day of the month.

6. You can see your Signed Documents limit on your Usage Page here.

7. Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime. You can follow our guide here, then upgrade again to the desired plan.
