Bitly: Clicks are not getting tracked

Revisaré la documentación, disculpe la molestia, pero tengo otra consulta, tengo un formulario, en el cual quiero agregar al mensaje de agradecimiento enlaces de Bitly, los agrego, la lógica funciona sin problema, pero el conteo de clicks no trabaja en Bitly con esos enlaces en el mensaje de agradecimiento o ¿es un tema de la cuenta gratuita y al cambiar a un plan si funcionará?

¿Se les ha presentado este problema?
