    Buenos días, les saluda Yuri del IGSS,

    El día de ayer iniciamos a presentar error al momento de enviar por correo electrónico del siguiente formulario:

    por lo que solicito de su apoyo para poder identificar el error, procedimos a limpiar el cache. pero aún sigue generando el error.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Can you try to restart the approval flow for the affected submissions and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on. Here's how to do it:

    1. Open the affected submission
    2. Go to the Approval section
    3. Click on the Vertical Three-dot icon
    4. Click on Restart Approval Flow.
