Formulario que no recolecte la información de la persona que contesta el formulario

¡Hola!

¿Quisiera saber si Jotform recopila el nombre y la dirección de correo electrónico de la persona que contesta el formulario, tanto en la versión gratis y en la versión bronze (independientemente de los campos que se utilicen, incluyendo carga de archivos, fechas, textos, etc.)?

Es porque necesito un formulario completamente confidencial para quien lo responde, ya que solamente ocupamos recopilar las respuestas pero sin saber el nombre ni correo electrónico de la persona que contesta, incluso el creador o admin del formulario NO DEBE poder acceder a esa información.

Now, let me help you with your question. If your form has the name and email address fields then when your form respondents fill out the form it will be collected in the submissions. You can create an anonymous form that does not collect the names and email addresses of the form respondents. If you want to add an extra layer of security to your form submissions then you can enable Form Encryption. Let me show you how to do it:

• In Form Builder on the orange navigation bar click on Settings.
• Go to the Form Settings tab on the left-hand side of the page.
• Toggle ON under Encrypt Form Data.

• You will be asked to enter your password for account verification and click Verify.

• Set up an access code. You can input up to 16 characters for the access code.
• Lastly, click the green Enable Encryption button.
