Inquiry about the total submissions limit

    Buenos días!

    Quería consultar si desactivo un formulario, que tiene más de 500 registros, por el que estoy pagando una cuotas, si esa cuota ya no es necesaria.

    Seguirá estando en la pagina, por si más adelante hubiera que recuperarlo o activarlo, pero no estaria en uso.


    También saber si esa cuota permite tener más de 500 registros en todos los formularios que se tengan en la cuenta, y si hay tope de registros.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'd like to let you know that I am using a translation tool to provide assistance, but if you prefer to receive help in your native language, we can forward this ticket to our Spanish Support Team. However, keep in mind that it could take longer to receive a response from them. 

    Now, going back to your question. Even if you disable your form or archive it, its submission data will still count towards your total submissions storage. Since you're currently on our Storage plan which gives you unlimited total submissions storage, you won't have to worry about this. But if you downgrade back to the Free/Starter plan which only gives you 500 total submissions limit across all your forms, this will cause the oldest submissions to be deleted to make space for the new submissions received from all your forms.
