Buenos días,
Actualmente envió documentos para firma y me sale este error cuando estoy agregando campos de firma y me toca actualizar la pagina para poder seguir trabajando. Adicional cuando envió para firmar un documento en reiteradas ocasiones me ha tocado reenviar le mensaje para que llegue el correo.

Now, let me help you with your question. Can you confirm if you're getting this error when adding a Signature field in the document? Can you try clearing your browser's cache and try to add the signature field again to check if the issue persists? Also, can you try checking spam folders and whitelisting Jotform domains and IPs to make sure that all the emails sent to you will be received successfully and to bypass email filters? You may try testing using a different email to see if it's an issue with the email address as well.
