Buenas tardes, solicito un reembolso del monto de 39 dólares, los cuales al aceptar no me mostraba la moneda de ningun tipo, por tal motivo se pensó que eran pesos mexicanos (MXN).
Al saber el resultado del monto, considero que es demasiado por el servicio proporcionado y no estoy conforme con el pago realizado.
Este se realizó con Paypal.
Espero me puedan ayudar con el reembolso. -

Now, let me help you with your question. Since you are using PayPal subscriptions, we can't cancel the subscriptions from our end. To be able to get a refund, you will need to cancel the subscriptions from your PayPal account. Let me walk you through it:
- Login to your PayPal Account
- Find the reference to the latest payment you have made to Jotform
- Once found, click the subscription number for that transaction
- Now click on the "Cancel Subscription" button and that's it.
Once the account is canceled in PayPal, fill up this form to request a refund. After the investigation of your request, you will receive an e-mail regarding the result.
