Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your issue. I checked your email address but there's no Jotform account tied to it. Can you share the username of your account? Or if you have forms under your account, you can share the form link as well as we can use that to locate the account.
Another thing, can you confirm if you are using a Jotform standard plan (Starter, Bronze, Silver, Gold) or if are you on an Enterprise plan? This is so we can properly help you with the issue since we have a separate Support Team for our Enterprise users and we can forward your issue to them.
