Subir fotografías.

    Estoy probando jotform para que me puedan enviar fotografías. Requiero al menos que tomen y manden 40 fotografías. Pero en las 20 fotografías, se tarda mucho en enviar y la mayoría de las veces marca error y no se envía el formulario.

    ¿a que se debe?

    Now, let me help you with your question. Could you share what error are you getting when submitting the form? If you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that will help us to better understand what’s going on. We have a guide about how to do that here.

    I´ve trying to make different attempts with different amount of photos and from different mobiles, and most of the people received this error that i sent to you and other ones just get kicked from the form. And when they refresh the webpage they lost all the information.

    Is there a limit to upload? or limit to sent?

    I dont want to pay monthly for something that wont fit for the thing i would like to received. Please, help me.

    Thanks for getting back to us. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

    The upload of the photos takes time based on the quality of the photos and their size. I cleared your form caches, can you try it again by taking small/medium size photos as a test and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on. 

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

    Let me send to you the original form. This form is one simple try that I made to measure the amount of photos that the form let me upload without problem. But ...

    I have an iphone, and I never had a problem
    A friend of mine tried with different androids..

    Hi hisancarlos,

    Thanks for using Jotform. To make sure that your form is working well using the many Take Photo widget, you can go ahead and test it first using the Desktop version to take photos from your laptop then submit the form. I tested this earlier as shown in the below screencast it went well with no error:

    I have also tested it via my iPhone and took 20 photos with an average between 500KB and 700KB as size and it worked well, check out the screencast below to see my results on my device:

    I suggest you try to get an Android device and make sure you have a very good internet connection and make a test on your own form.
