¿Cómo puedo crear un formulario donde las personas solo puedan enviar una respuesta, dependiendo de un campo, por ejemplo numero de documento.

Gracias por contactarte con el equipo de soporte de Jotform. Entiendo que deseas evitar que se duplique el mismo campo de tu formulario y que no pueda enviar el mismo si se encuentra duplicado, ¿correcto? Para ello, puedes usar nuestra función de Campo Único. Es muy sencillo, te enseño como:

• En el Creador de formularios, da clic en Ajustes en la barra superior naranja.
• En Ajustes del formulario, desliza hacia abajo hasta la opción de Campo Único.
• Selecciona el campo que deseas configurar para que no se duplique.

Mira los resultados luego de ingresar el mismo valor en el campo que escogí:

Hola buena noche, muchas gracias por tu respuesta, sin embargo lo que requiero es que si un usuario por ejemplo con numero de documento: 1032444555 me envía una respuesta de formulario, ya no pueda enviar mas respuestas de formulario donde el numero de documento sea el mismo.

Now, let me help you with your issue. If you don't want to accept another submission where the document number is the same as a previous submission entry, you can use what my colleague Catherine suggested about using the Unique Field feature. It prevents submission if the same data, or in your case the document number, that is entered on the form is already used in past submissions. Just note that the Unique Field only supports these fields:

• Email
• Short Text Entry
• Dropdown
• Number

If this does not work for you, can you share the link to the form where the document number is being collected so we can check and see if there's a workaround we can do?
