Como crear un repote semanal?

Como crear un reporte semanal de un formulario semanal , tengo un formulario que me lo llenan un cliente cada vez que un cliente solicita el servicio que le brindamos

1) Quisiera crear un reporte semanal al final de cada semana pero que solo me de los clientes que llenaron el formulario la semana que acaba de concluir, ahora cuando creo el reporte segun las indicaciones me baja todos los clientes que hay , y solo quiero actualziaciones de cada semana

2) Hay variantes que puedo aceptar:

a) Crear el reporte de firma manual de forma de establecerle fecha inicio y fecha final, o semana 45, semana 46, segun el calendaio de google Calendar,

b) Crear el reporte y de forma actomatica se me envie el dia determinado de la semana que escoja

c) Crear el reporte en xls y que cada vez que entre un cliente nuevo me lo envie a mi correo en xlsm

Oigo otras variantes

Si es posible listame los pasos para lograrlo

• In your My Reports page, click on Digest Emails.

• You can then set the Date Settings to Weekly, and choose the Send Date, and Send Time.
