    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know, and we can have them do that. But keep in mind that you'll have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I noted that you and your form fillers are not getting emails such Notification and auto-responders. Is that right? I can confirm that your email address is not on our bounce list. I cloned your BIZKAIA PARK ABENTURA BIRTHDAY RESERVATION form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Take a look at the screencast below to see my results:

    As you can see, I was able to receive email notifications and auto-responder emails. It will be very helpful if you can add noreply@jotform.com, and noreply@formresponse.com to your contact lists and whitelist the IP address you can see below:

    • 152.160.0.0/16
    • 23.251.253.0/26
    • 23.26.226.0/24

    You can refer to this guide on how to whitelist Jotform's IP addresses and why am I not receiving notification emails. For the Auto-responder emails, share with us the submission IDs so we can check further. This link will show you where to find the submission IDs.

    Siguen sin llegar las notificaciones. No funcionan de ningun formulario de los que tenemos activos. Un saludo

    Hi BizkaiaParkAbentura,

    Thanks for getting back to us. I've checked the logs and can see that your emails were failed to send to the recipients. It seems that you've set up a Sender Email. Can you try reconnecting your SMTP and see if that will make a difference? Let me show you how:

    • Go to your My Account page, and click on Settings, or visit here directly. 
    • Click on Edit under the Sender Email section and the Add Sender Email button.

    • Enter the following information:
    • Email Address: {your email address}
    • Hostname: smtp.gmail.com
    • Port: 587
    • Username: {your Gmail address}
    • Password: {your Gmail or app-specific password}
    • Security Protocol: TLS

    When you're finished, click on the Send Test Email button to make sure that everything is working. If it works, click on the Add Email button.
