no carga el formulario

al publicar no carga el formulario y aparece en blanco la pagina. dejo el form

Now, let me help you with your question. The form link you shared with us seem to be deleted from your account. Because when I clicked on the link, I am getting "Whoops! Unfortunately, the page you were looking for could not be found." error message on the screen. Which means the form is deleted. Check out the below screenshot :

I also checked your account from the backend, and found only one form and sign document in it.

Can you please confirm have you deleted the form? If not, please record a short video of your issue where the form is not getting loaded when you publish it and send it to us. It would help us to understand what exactly happening on your end.

You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use loom to record the video and share the video link with us.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
