    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We’re sorry if you’re having trouble previewing the form and opening it on a new tab. I’ll do my best to help you out.

    We had an issue earlier that a white screen and an error message are showing when you preview the form or open it on a new tab. But it seems that the issue has been fixed. Please check out the screencast below:

    I’ve cleared the cache of your form on our backend system for additional precautions. You can also clear the cache of your forms by following the guide on how to clear your form cache.
