Signed Document Limit Reached

    Queria saber por que ya no permite mas envios a mi formulario creado

    Now, let me help you with your question. The monthly signed document limit counts if you created a Sign Document your form has enabled Jotform Sign. This is a different limit from monthly submission.

    If you need to collect submissions with the user's signature only and do not need to generate a signed document, you can disable this option so it will not be counted in your monthly signed document limit. Let me show you how to do that:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Jotform Sign.
    3. Toggle off the button for Enable Jotform Sign Automation
