How MouseStats Form Analytics works?

I am looking for a tool that gives me more options in terms of form analysis. I have read in several of these posts that recommend this widget. I have made my MouseStats account and added the widget to the form with the corresponding ID but it does not generate any tracking from their page. I wanted to know if there is any guide on what I have to do to generate the graphs. Thanks!
