No estoy recibiendo los PDF por mail

Hola, tengo el problema de que no estoy recibiendo las respuestas de mis formularios como PDF a pesar de que tengo activada la funcionalidad. Es raro, porque solo recibo algunas pocas respuestas en PDF y el resto no las recibo.

Necesito ayuda con esto por favor.
