Recover purged form

El día domingo 15 oct a las 8:57am ingresó una persona y eliminó un formulario importante de nuestra cuenta. Solicitamos su apoyo en el restablecimiento de ese formulario porque necesitamos acceder a los archivos subidos ahí urgentemente.

Now, let me help you with your question. Are you referring to the Formulario Nuevo Alegrito? When a form is deleted, it should be in the Trash Folder for another 30 days before it gets purged from the system. However, there's nothing in that folder, but I found that form in the HR folder. This is disabled but you can enable it back from the Settings. Let me show you how:

1. Open this link: Formulario Nuevo Alegrito and then go to the Settings tab at the top navigation bar.
2. Under the Quick Share on the left, change the status to enable.
   
   

If this is not the form that you're referring to and since there's nothing in the Trash Folder, I'm afraid we're not able to recover the form once purged.

Hello! Not really, I was referring to the form called 'Formulario Nuevo Alegrito 2' (check attached image). I need your support to recover it because it was deleted even from the same trash.

Thanks for getting back to us. To clarify, you were able to delete the form in the trash? If that's the case, then it has been permanently deleted. I'm afraid we're not able to recover the form once purged. I doubled checked your trash folder and there are no deleted forms there. We can only recover deleted forms.
