How to clear Upload Space usage?

Tengo una duda respecto al almacenamiento cuando éste llega a su máxima capacidad ya no se pueden generar mas formularios, sin embargo he realizado la prueba de respaldar los formularios antiguos y hacer una depuración dejando nuevamente la capacidad de almacenamiento en 0, pero no siempre me deja continuar y volver a utilizarlo, me sigue marcando como si estuviera a la maxima capacidad. En estos casos que se puede hacer? La finalidad es seguir utilizando la versión gratuita.

Deleting submission data with uploaded file and removing them in the trash entry should clear you Upload Space usage. If your form isn't accessible after that, you can try to clear your form caches. Check out this guide about how to clear you form caches.
