NO ESTAN LLEGANDO LOS CORREOS A LOS DESTINATARIOS

    Buen día, estoy teniendo el problema que los formularios no están llegando a los destinatarios, tengo que estar ingresando al sitio para descargar el PDF original.

    With that being said, let me assist you with your inquiry. To clarify, are you referring to having the same issue with your previously created thread on this link? If you have already checked this guide on why you are not receiving email notifications, we suggest using your own email as the Sender Email instead of the default noreply@jotform.com in your Email Notification. You can check this link on how to set up SMTP on your form.
