How to add a Unique control number on submissions

Quiero que cada que se vaya a llenar un nuevo formulario aparezca un folio para llevar un control de identificación pero quiero que eso folio también sea visible para el usuario que va a llenar e imprimir ese formulario

Now, let me help you with your question. Regarding your first question, are you referring to adding a Unique code to the form? This is possible with the Unique ID widget.

1. Click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
2. Under the Widgets tab, search for the Unique ID widget.
3. Click on it or drag and drop it to your form.
4. Set your form configurations and set if you want to use Sequential Numbers or Random values.

You can also checkout the guide here on how to add a Unique ID on the form. If that's not exactly what you're referring to, can you give us more details so we can better understand the requirement? If possible, please send us a screenshot.

Si quiero agregar un id único pero que también sea visible para la persona que está llenando el formulario porque tengo entendido que el id único no es visible.

Unfortunately, the Unique ID field is hidden by default. However, your users will get the ID through autoresponder email. 

As a workaround, you can also use the Random Value Generator widget. However, this feature can only generate random numbers.
