en este formulario, inserto varias fotos, pero no se como hacer que se muestren en el PDF original enviado por email.

es posible, como?

En el campo Foto P/N X (donde X es 1,2,ó 3)

Now, let me help you with your question. Uploaded images cannot be included in original PDFs. But if you are not limited to the format of the original PDF, you can create custom PDF Documents in the PDF Editor. The uploaded images are included in the PDF documents.
