Hi Marc,
Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am currently using a translation to provide assistance, but if you want to get assistance in Spanish language, we can forward your request to our Spanish Support Team, but please note that it may take longer to receive a response. Yes, you can attach it as background using the PDF Editor. Let me show you how:
- On the PDF Editor, click on the Roller Brush Icon.
- Under the General on the right-side panel, click on Choose A File.
- Now, click on Upload File and select the image that you wanted to use as background.
- To add the name, click on Add Element.
- Now, go to Form Fields and select Fullname. You may drag the name and customize it by clicking the Gear Icon.
Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.
- On the PDF Editor, click on the Roller Brush Icon.
