Downloaded PDFs are blank

    Cuando intentamos descargar todos los pdf en un solo lote.

    Los archivos quedan vacíos.

    Adjuntamos ejemplo.

    It is correct, I try to download PDF in bulk and the files are empty.

    Thanks for getting back to us on this, but unfortunately this isn't the information we're looking for. Are you downloading PDF copies of your forms, or of your form submissions? We need to have this detail right before we can start troubleshooting. If the question is confusing we can try to have a Spanish-speaking agent help you.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Today our developers resolved an issue that was causing some PDFs to appear blank when downloaded. Can you try downloading new copies of your PDFs and let us know if those new copies appear blank for you? If they do, please respond to us with the information I asked you for in my last response and we'll investigate.

    Hello!

    We are trying to download the entire batch of our clients' completed forms.

    Before, we received a zip by email with all the PDFs with data from our clients.

    Now those compressed PDFs arrive empty

    Hi Miguel,

    Thanks for your clarification. However, can you please confirm if you are trying to download all of your form submission data at once, as explained in this guide? Or are you trying to download these from the submissions table? It would be helpful if you could also share a screenshot of the way you are downloading these PDFs.
