Approval Flow: Emails Are Not Arriving

    Creé un flujo de aprobación para mi formulario y en cada paso se le va informado a un usuario por correo electrónico sobre el proceso pero tarda mucho tiempo en llegar ese correo.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I checked your approval flow setup and it appears that there are flows with no ending process. Please take a look at the screenshot below:

    Can you please try fixing the flows and see if that makes any difference? Also, please take a look at this guide on how to set up approval flows.
