Tengo la integración de excel a mi formulario pero quiero que antes de que esa información se guarde en la tabla, sea aprobada para que se pueda registrar ahí. O si eso no es posible entonces que aparezca una celda donde cada registro que se haga aparezca si está aprobado o rechazado.

With that being said, let me assist you with your inquiry. Unfortunately, yes, that is not possible as integration will be triggered once the form is submitted. If you want to create approved or rejected data in your form submission table, you may need to add this directly to your form as a form field. After that, once an Approver approves or rejects a submission, they need to edit the submission and fill out the Approved or Rejected field so that it will be part of the submission data. The Approver can edit the submission by adding an Edit Link to the Approval Email. Let me show you how:

1. In your Approval Workflow, select the Approval Email and click the Gear icon to open its properties.
2. Under the General tab, click the Edit button in Customize Approval Request Email.

3. Under the Email tab, click Form Fields and select Edit Link.

4. You will then see the edit link in your Email Content. After that, click Save.
