He estado probando, y se que al pdf que genera Jotform, se le adjuntan las imágenes que se suben con el campo de (archivos), pero no veo la forma de añadir este campo al PDF generado con la plantilla que yo he creado, gracias!

Hi alvaro_areavalencia,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But keep in mind that you'll have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. Unfortunately, the File Upload field is not yet supported in the Smart PDF form builder, and you can't map it to your original PDF. If you're just asking for your users to upload an image, I recommend you use the Image Upload Preview widget. Let me show you how to add it to your form:
- In your Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element.
- Go to the Widgets tab and search for Image Upload Preview.
- Lastly, map it anywhere you want on the PDF.
Here's the result:
That's it. Give it a try, and let us know if you need any other help.

Hello, thanks for the assistance, yeah i’m okay speaking English.
I think that should do, i’ll just add two or three of them to the form so if it’s needed for than one, they can do it. Thank you!!
