Account Suspended due to Credit card fields

    Buen dia, nos reporta un usuario dentro de nuestra organizacion que su usuario fue bloqueado, mas de nuestra administracion no aparace si se puede desbloquear o no , nos podrian apoyar por favor


    usuario indica que estara pendiente para poder eliminar algun formulario que este inflingiendo la politicas de los mismos

    With that being said, let me assist you with your inquiry. I checked the account and it has been suspended due to this form collecting Credit Card Details as it is against our Terms of Use. Unfortunately, we are required to deny the collection of credit card information due to our PCI certification. The only PCI-compliant way to do this is to integrate payment processors in your forms. However, you still won't be able to collect credit card information using this.

    To reinstate the account, we may need to delete the offending fields in your form. Please confirm so that we can proceed.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

    please delete the form or, enable the user to delete to delete it
