ERROR EN ENVIO DE CORREOS

Tengo creados varios formularios para contratos que una vez llenados por el usuario generan un PDF que se envía por correo.

En varias ocasiones me ha ocurrido que un vez llenado el formulario el pdf que se envía adjunto al correo es el PDF asociado a otro formulario.

Hoy me ocurrió con el formulario que indico en la captura, se envió un correo con 2 adjuntos que pertenecen a otro formulario, y que fue llenado hace 2 semanas atrás.

Now, to clarify what is happening, you're saying that on this form (200997975274674), you are getting submissions in your table coming from another form. Is that correct?

It is possible that your current Jotform Table has a column that is configured to connect to another form or to another Table. Can you please verify if that column has a connection configured? Here's a screencast:

Also, is this happening to your other forms? In this table, did the data only come from 1 form and not from others?
