Allow user to choose multiple options in the Input Table

Como puedo poner la opción para poder elegir dos opciones o más en las tablas de opciones múltiples .

Adjunto la captura de pantalla.

Por ejemplo, si quiero marcar si y el número de solicitante :

Quedo atenta .

Going back to your concern, you can change the Input Type to Checkbox to allow user to select multiple options. Let me show you how:

1. Click on the Input Table field and click on the gear icon
2. Click on Fields
3. Select Checkbox
